If you experience a language-barrier
problem (in a shop, bank, office or taxi, for examples),
you can use your phone to call your “mobile interpreter᾿
wherever you are, and whenever you need help. Just
call our staff and explain your needs or questions,
and we will communicate with a third party (in Chinese)
when you hand them your phone.
This service is available to subscribers on a monthly,
prepaid basis (see “Rates᾿link on our main page,
for payment options). If your “mobile interpreter᾿
subscription expires for any reason, we will provide
ONE additional free call, until your subscription
is renewed.
