Mobile Interpreter
If you experience a language-barrier problem (in a shop, bank, office or taxi, for examples), you can use your phone to call your “mobile interpreter”, wherever you are, and whenever you need help. Just call our staff and explain your needs or questions, and we will communicate with a third party (in Mandarin Chinese) when you hand them your phone.
This service is available to subscribers on a monthly, prepaid basis (see “Rates” link on our main page, for payment options). If your “mobile interpreter” subscription expires for any reason, we will provide ONE additional free call, until your subscription is renewed.
As a special service for our regular clients, the “mobile interpreter” will be provided without charge for seven days (one week). |
